Responsible for recruiting new members, particularly small- and medium-sized businesses, and coordinating recruitment volunteer efforts while striving to meet monthly and annual

EVENTS COMMITTEE
Responsible for helping plan, coordinate and manage the Chamber's monthly Contactos. Assist the Executive Director and chamber staff to make sure receptions are planned professionally and run smoothly. Assist program hosts/volunteers. Help coordinate all monthly networking luncheons with the Executive Director and staff, i.e. hosting, registration, agenda for the program, etc. Also, plan and execute other assigned Chamber special events. Responsible for the Chamber image, public relations, and for maintaining contact with the Hispanic community. Also responsible for dealing with English and Spanish language media, planning and executing the Chamber's monthly e-mail newsletter and its distribution to Chamber members and guests. GOVERNMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE
